Vierra Magen Marcus LLP is a small Intellectual Property law firm seeking a full time (35 hours/week) dependable senior foreign prosecution and docketing specialist to support the firm’s foreign patent and trademark practice and docketing.
Responsibilities include:
- corresponding with foreign counsel for application filing, entry of national phase, annuities, post grant and other non-substantive actions;
- preparation of PCT applications;
- specific experience with IP Manager docketing software to manage and docket U.S. and foreign filing deadlines.
At least two years of experience is desirable, but intelligence and initiative are an absolute must.
