Eschweiler and Potashnik, LLC, an intellectual-property law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a patent prosecution attorney/agent/engineer. Responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications and managing and coordinating international patent application filing and prosecution.
Qualifications Required:
Strong technical background in at least one of the following technical areas: wireless communication; semiconductor fabrication and device, and IC design;
Excellent writing and communication skills; and
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, have the ability to manage patent docket and prioritize workload;
Qualifications Preferred:
Advanced technical degree and/or industry experience;
Experience in patent drafting and prosecution;
Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark.
