Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, P.C. is seeking an EE or CS Patent Prosecution Associate/Agent to work in Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; or Mt. View, CA.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree
- At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience
- Experience prosecuting software and Internet technologies including: multi-tenant databases, security, web apps, user interfaces, API’s, big data, analytics, machine learning
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
