I initiated the video and my daughter across the room yelled, “Dad that sounds CREEP!”

I just said, “Yes; yes it does”.

    Director Andrei Iancu is a D@ngerous Idi 0t and a Dissembling Trumpist T0 0l, Chapter 32:

“Remarkably, in what I believe amounts to Orwellian “doublespeak,” those who’ve been advancing the patent troll narrative argue that they do so because they are actually pro-innovation. That by their highlighting, relentlessly, the dangers in the patent system, they actually encourage innovation. Right!”

The “patent troll narrative” advanced itself, Iancu, exactly as the “rich white glibertarian @ h0les have infested the patent system narrative” advanced itself. All of this stuff is transparent, as is your feeble (and feeble-minded) attempt to turn “patent trolling” into “fake news.” That’s not going to happen. Sure, that crowd of Texan k00l-aid drinkers will eat up whatever you toss them. You must have had a wonderful steak dinner.

But if you try to turn back the clock to pre-Mayo or pre-Alice you’re going to get the hammer and you can rest assured that the assault is going to be “relentless”. Not everyone is as blinded by greed as you and your psych-0 patent-huffing cohorts.

Right MM. He is saying what I’ve been saying for years.

The fact is that the most respected agency in DC, OMB, said there was no troll problem before Obama was bought off by SV.

Just remember MM what you do is information processing and one day what you do will be done by a computer, but somehow—according to the likes of you— the computer that replaces you isn’t worth a patent. How could that be.

      1. 5.1.1

one day what you do will be done by a computer

        LOL

the computer that replaces you isn’t worth a patent.

Hilarious to imagine a future where lawyers are replaced by computers (LOL) but patents (LOL) are still supposed to be worth something substantial. Computer writes the patent, computer examines the patent, computer asserts the patent, and computer judge poofs out an opinion. Fun! I suppose the s00per d00per smart people will just be betting on the outcome from their comfy Martian farm.

        Please get a life.

        1. 5.1.1.1

Actually, what you just wrote illustrates how igno rant you are of both patent law and AI.

Too funny. You see you don’t even understand the basic of AI or the basics of patent law. To get you started, please answer the question of why it would be different for information processing than a human?

Remember, old Mal is the guy that admittedly doesn’t know how to book airline tickets online. He still apparently has to go wait in line somewhere to buy them. He has no qualifications to talk on this subject matter.

          1. 5.1.1.2.1

The best part about Night Wiper and BJay is that, like most of the rest of the patent maximalists, they don’t appreciate how perfectly they exemplify the Dunning-Kruger Effect.

Keep the laughs coming, boys. It is Friday, after all.

old Mal is the guy that admittedly doesn’t know how to book airline tickets online

Sure. And I also admitted that I climbed Everest five times in one day! Let’s just make stuff up. It’s the patent maximalist way.

He has no qualifications to talk on this subject matter.

I have access to more information on “this subject matter” than pretty much anybody in the profession. Hence the book that you won’t like one bit.

they don’t appreciate how perfectly they exemplify the Dunning-Kruger Effect.

              Yet more Malcolm Accuse Others…

              Stultifying.

I know you have a hard time remembering the things you post previously, but you do realize what you just did in the same post…

Actually, probably not, so let’s spell it out for you. You accuse someone of exemplifying the Dunning-Kruger Effect, then go on to say “I have access to more information on “this subject matter” than pretty much anybody in the profession.”

              In the same post.

“I don’t want to be callous here, but how traumatizing was it?” Lewis (Repu k k k e – MN) said. “How many women at some point in their life have a man come on to them, place their hand on their shoulder or maybe even their thigh, kiss them, and they would rather not have it happen, but is that really something that’s going to be seared in your memory that you’ll need therapy for?”

“You’ll never get over? It was the most traumatizing experience? Come on! She wasn’t raped,” Lewis added, using a voice mocking an emotionally distraught woman….

Lewis is seeking re-election in Minnesota’s second congressional district, which he narrowly won just two years ago. CNN rates his race a toss up, the most competitive designation.

The comment is just one of many that Lewis made discussing his views on sexual harassment in 2011 in response to the allegations against Cain. He said he viewed sexual harassment law as an assault on First Amendment rights to freedom of speech, calling it “unconstitutional.” Lewis said he did not think off-color comments, jokes and offensive remarks about or to women rose to the level of needing government enforcement.

Do the right thing and get out and vote these sick psych-0 Re p u k k ke @-h0les out of office. Every miserable one of them.

Got a Repu k k ke “friend”? Dump them. Shun them. These people are f@ cking sick.

Trump is scary and there is a chance we are going down a fasc ist road. Pretty scary stuff. But I don’t think it is really relevant to patent law.

I also wish the Democrats would stop making it so easy for the Republicans. The Democrats should figure out business and why patent law is needed. It is hard to vote for a Democrat when you know they are going to trash patent law.

Trump is scary and there is a chance we are going down a fasc ist road. Pretty scary stuff. But I don’t think it is really relevant to patent law.

Trumpism is absolutely “going down a fascist road” and what makes you think that fascism isn’t relevant to patent law? Fascism is relevant to all aspects of law. The phase we are entering now is where “the law” is oriented to keep the authoritarians in power and make dissent (including voting for the other party) illegal or as difficult as possible.

When Iancu tells his bros in East Texas that he’s going to make it easier for them to get junk patents (and get even richer off them) by creating some “rule” that drives a truck through Supreme Court precedent, that’s Trumpism in action. Rich white @ h0les shoving the cash in their pockets via a loophole created just for them by one of their own. Screw everybody else, and no rational defensible explanations needed. Welfare for the rich because, hey, they deserve it, right?

          1. 5.2.2.1.2

“Trumpism is absolutely “going down a fascist road””

How about defining “fascism” for us there Mr. Lefty?

            “Screw everybody else, ”

            Mostly just leftists.

” The phase we are entering now is where “the law” is oriented to keep the authoritarians in power and make dissent (including voting for the other party) illegal or as difficult as possible.”

NOICE! I didn’t even realize that!

I guess it would have been totally different for leftists to stack the voter pools with muh victims eh? Totally not fascistic since hey, they get a vote too lololol, right?

          3. 5.2.2.1.4

            Theme for the thread bruhs!

We shall have corporatist fascism this time!

            Corporations have been enthroned
An era of corruption will follow
And the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people
Until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands
            And the Republic is destroyed

            link to youtube.com

            All to destroy muh leftism.

              LOL

Not really how it works but you can’t teach MAGA6chan anything until he gets unhooked from that plastic blow-up doll.

I’m still chuckling at how this election was somehow going to bring an end to “political correctness.”

              LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

You sniveling little b0ys are screeching louder than ever but you’re all still hiding under your rocks. And we all know why. Come out, come out, Repu k k k es! Be “proud”!

Then we’ll shun like there’s no tomorrow.

NW, before jumping to your last sentence conclusion, take a look at the actual Congressional votes for the AIA.

“How many women at some point in their life have a man come on to them, place their hand on their shoulder or maybe even their thigh, kiss them, and they would rather not have it happen, but is that really something that’s going to be seared in your memory that you’ll need therapy for”

Probably a lot in the victim’s paradise of leftism that they’d like to expand to the whole country. Probably very few in Merica.

WON’T SOMEONE THINK OF THE POOR POOR UNDERPRIVILEGED WHITE WHAMENS THAT MIGHT SUFFER AN UNWANTED KISS OR LIGHT TOUCH AT SOME POINT IN THEIR FULL LIFETIME?

      3. 5.2.4

“He said he viewed sexual harassment law as an assault on First Amendment rights to freedom of speech, calling it “unconstitutional.” Lewis said he did not think off-color comments, jokes and offensive remarks about or to women rose to the level of needing government enforcement.”

Probably technically true, especially as written on their faces in most instances (differing by state). I’ve often wondered how they ever didn’t get struck down immediately long ago. Especially if the “harassment” is without proven intent.

I haven’t looked too deep into that particular piece of leftism just yet though, perhaps MM can bring us up to speed? Was it noble leftist courts that gave us that or the “traditionalist” “conservatives”? Or has it not really been challenged all the way up? As far as I can see the Supremes just modified the standards that complaints had to be made under but did not address the 1st amendment argument as far as I know. Hopefully punished Thomas and punished K man will bring this one home and give us a good answer 🙂

        MM: *sweats in his boots*

Nothing makes my morning brighter that reading an angry post by MM. It means the efficient infringer wall is crumbling.

Fantasies abound in the maximalist world.

Definitely Atari Man. Or maybe Alice, Mayo, and Myriad as the boogie man invalidating all the other inventions.

Omid Kordestani, the executive chairman of Twitter who was born in Iran, wrote that “an apology is in order” from Graham. In a tweet, he asked the senator to “please start upholding the best values of our great nation and its institutions.”

Hey, Omid, how about you lead the way and just ban Graham and his path 0 l0gically l y ing and r@ cist Repu k k k e coh0rts from using your silly “app”?

Seems like it would be a great start. Don’t forget to chuck Mang0 H@irb@ll’s account into the trash as well.

Lead the way and do the right thing. Or just own it and quit sniveling.
