In March 2010, I reported on the Myriad case where the district court essentially held that all gene patents are invalid. Since then the popular press has been pushing-hard on gene patenting stories. My former boss Kevin Noonan (MBHB) has been the go-to-man for reporters looking for a supporter of genetic patents. Noonan is articulate, opinionated, reasonable, and he looks good on camera.
