is seeking associates to join our active and growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. office.
We are seeking motivated second – third year associates with background in electrical engineering, computer science, software or related technologies. Excellent writing skills required. Experience with PTO inter partes reexamination or interference proceedings is a plus.
These positions will offer candidates an opportunity to join a nationally recognized, vibrant patent litigation-focused practice, handling both district court and ITC litigation, as well as contested proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Office.
