a small, dynamic, Dallas IP firm, is seeking a recent (last 1-4 years) Federal Circuit Clerk with a strong technical background. Duties include valuating civil patent cases and appeals. This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys analysis, but does not want to be consumed by litigation. Solid technical (e.g., EE, Physics, or equivalent) and communication skills are a must.
