The Ware Firm, 
a small, dynamic, Dallas IP firm, is seeking a candidate with a strong technical background (EE, Physics, or equivalent) and prior experience within industry (e.g., telecommunications, computer industry, or as a patent examiner). It is not necessary to have a JD to apply; our ideal candidate would have significant technical expertise and have experience as a patent agent. Job duties include performing novelty, patentability, validity and infringement analysis as well as light portfolio management and occasional patent prosecution. Solid written and oral communication skills are required.
