NSIP LAW, 
a Washington D.C. based, intellectual property law firm, is seeking lateral associate candidates with a minimum of 4 years experience in Patent Prosecution.
The skill set we are currently seeking would include: experience with drafting and revising New Applications to file with the USPTO; and addressing various matters from the USPTO including Office Actions, Interview, and Appeals.
Additionally, we are seeking candidates with experience in drafting Legal Opinions and Pre-Litigation matters, client counseling, and litigation experience in drafting memorandums.
Requirements:
• 4+ Years of Patent Prosecution Experience in drafting/revising new applications and handling matters from the USPTO (Experience in Electrical, Wireless, Software, and Optics considered a plus)
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computers Science (Advanced degrees in Physics, Materials Sciences, or disciplines related to Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Arts will be considered)
• Excellent Writing Skills
• Registration to Practice before the USPTO
