Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution or drafting in telecommunications technology. The ideal candidate will also have experience with 3G and/or 4G/LTE technology. Candidates must possess a 4 year degree in electrical engineering. Membership to the Patent Bar is required. Candidates must possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a law firm environment. Law school and undergraduate transcripts are required.
