Lewis Roca Rothgerber 
currently seeks a mid-level candidate with a technical background in electrical engineering or equivalent (bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university). Candidate should have three to five years of experience in patent prosecution in a law firm or in-house; industry experience is a plus. Responsibilities include: review invention disclosures, prepare and prosecute patent applications, analyze patent portfolios, perform due diligence, patent validity and infringement analyses, and coordinate international patent prosecution activities. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills. Must be admitted before the US Patent & Trademark Office.
The qualified candidate will work in a team-oriented environment, participate in a broad range of sophisticated matters, and have significant client involvement.
