Pergament Gilman & Cepeda LLP, a Morristown, N.J. IP law firm seeks patent attorney having 3-5 years of USPTO patent prosecution experience in the following general technology fields/areas: mechanical goods and systems, optics, computer systems/software and/or business methods – Essentially, someone generally comfortable with most technologies, except complex electronics or chemistry. This position will also include working closely with a partner on UDRP domain name disputes, IP infringements, federal court and USPTO, TTAB litigations, trademark filings, patent and trademark searching, and dealing with foreign patent and litigation counsel on matters outside of the US. NJ and NY Bars preferred, but either workable without the other. Hours are good. Compensation/Benefits competitive.
