We are looking for candidates with one to four years of patent experience, preferably with at least a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science, although other backgrounds will be considered. Experience in one or more of the following areas is desired: data communication technologies, semiconductors, analog/digital/RF circuitry, wireless communications, software and programming.
The position offers opportunities for major responsibilities, direct client contact and all phases of patent practice, including patent preparation, prosecution, opinions and USPTO litigation.
