Muir Patent Law, PLLC, 
based in Great Falls, VA, is looking for a patent attorney for electrical-related technology, and with at least 3 years of patent attorney experience in prosecution. Experience with circuits, semiconductor devices and manufacturing, and memory design and operation is a plus. Patent Examiner experience also a plus. We are looking for a full time employee, but would be willing to discuss other possible arrangements, such as part time or "of counsel." The job will initially entail mostly patent prosecution, including revising / filing / prosecuting foreign-originated applications, application drafting, and other USPTO submissions. We are a growing firm with an increasing number of clients and workload, so we are looking for highly qualified candidates who can hit the ground running without requiring undue supervision of quality, deadlines, etc.
