Davis Wright Tremaine LLP's San Francisco office seeks a Patent Litigation Associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our growing Intellectual Property Litigation group. Qualified applicants will have a background in computer science and electrical engineering or significant experience with patent litigation involving computer software / hardware.
Qualified candidates must have a JD and active, in good standing, membership in the California State Bar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, references, academic credentials and enthusiasm for patent litigation are required.
Applicants interested in the Seattle office that have a JD and active, in good standing, membership in the Washington State Bar will also be considered.
