Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join its intellectual property practice. The position will be based in San Francisco.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in preparing and prosecuting software-related patents. Attorney candidates should be licensed to practice in California.
Additional requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics; and a solid understanding of computer architectures and programming languages.
