McNeill Baur PLLC, a biotech and pharma-focused IP boutique, is looking for an associate or counsel with at least 5 years of experience in patent prosecution and counseling, including management of world-wide patent portfolios. Successful candidates must be admitted to practice before the USPTO. An advanced degree in a life science discipline is strongly preferred. We will consider candidates for both part-time and full-time positions, as well as candidates with significantly more experience. This attorney will support partners in multiple locations and must be comfortable working independently.
