Candidates must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a law firm or at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Candidates with at least a M.S. degree or Doctorate in Biotechnology or Chemistry or laboratory experience are preferred. Qualified candidates should be able to conduct patent searches, assist with patent preparation and prosecution patent applications. Familiarity with and technical experience in the areas in Biotechnology and Chemistry are preferred.
