Qualified candidates should have significant experience drafting patent applications and responding to office actions across a broad range of technologies. Candidates must be capable of independently managing clients and matters. Excellent oral and written skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to handle multiple assignments contemporaneously are required. Candidates must have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics with at least 2-5 years of law firm experience.
