Education and Experience:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to a state bar in good standing
Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in good standing

Roles and Requirements:

As the Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property, you will support all aspects of GRAIL’s global Intellectual Property portfolio strategy, with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution in the life sciences and bioinformatics spaces. Your background should include:
