Several months ago, I implemented an e-mail newsletter to provide updates to the Patently-O patent law blog. Like the blog, the newsletter is free. List members receive a daily e-mail (usually between 1 and 4 a.m. EST) that contains any new articles from the previous 24 hours. By all accounts, the newsletter is a smashing success — one reader recently wrote in that she loves reading Patently-O every morning. “I don’t drink coffee,” she writes, “so you are my caffeine kick.”
I often include images and pdf files on the blog. However, to save everyone’s bandwidth the e-mailer only contains a snippet of the text of each post. HTML links are provided for readers to click-through to the full version of the articles.
If you have not yet signed up, why not give it a try today? If you decide that you do not like getting the e-mail, you can unsubscribe quite easily. Each daily e-mail includes an “unsubscribe” link. All that you have to do is click on the link and your subscription will be canceled.
In the upper right corner of the site, there is a newsletter subscription box, add your e-mail address and click "subscribe" to sign up for the Patently-O Daily Newsletter.
ps. Most new Patently-O readers arrive via word-of-mouth referrals. I have no marketing budget and instead of marketing the blog, I would rather spend my time providing daily posts that are both useful and enjoyable. If you enjoy the blog, chances are that your colleagues and associates would as well. . . .
It’s the same as the FLA situation. Same, RCL he hid his license. And when I found out … This is just the beginning of my complaints on him to the FLA BAR I get the Rule 11 letter. And as for the other when I mail something it constantly went to a drop box. And when I asked the girl at the post office to understand that the Zip would stop and it was not going any further, not getting to the FLA Bar. She looked it up, and sure enough all my mail to the Bar was stopping. Now was it stopping because of the Forged Document? Or because they didn’t want to upset Peter? And I never ever ever got a Rule 11 on him? And after that I think they tried to fire her, but she must have been smarter that them. She lost her position on the counter, but she is still a delivery mail person. Good for her! But it will also be good for me!
I just found out I can file in another country. weee hawwww. and as soon as I found that out I sent a letter to the editor. That oughta get me in a real good place!
