Sorry, saw this invention, I mean the present application, in a Three Stooges movie. Cite Howard, Fine, and Howard as 102(b) prior art.

I believe an improvement would be an optical system capable of using facial recognition techniques, known in the art, which would operate to allow deployment of element 14 when the information obtained by the optical system matched data stored in a computer readable memory. The data could contain information concerning known individuals and their facial characteristics or could simply include data concerning desired facial characteristics of subjects that the operator whiches to interact.
