3 filed from 5-10pm CST. EFS filing still up.
I’m amazed. I never would have imagined this. It’s a completely different USPTO than days gone by.

“Public and Private PAIR will be unavailable beginning at 12 Midnight [on Saturday, March 16] and ending at 6 a.m. [also] on Saturday, March 16.”
… which is quite different from how I and many others read it as “beginning at 12 Midnight [tonight] and ending [in 54 hours] at 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 16”.
Public and Private PAIR still working here. I didn’t find a notice on the uspto.gov either. Is this for real?
Public PAIR working fine here.

Thanks Les – I jumped to an errant conclusion when I noted the timing of the good professor’s post and linked the beginning of the down tiime to the post date instead of Saturday.
My bad.
Pretty much down as of yesterday afternoon anyway.

I believe EFS is still up.
Is electronic filing down as well?
