has an employment opportunity available for an experienced Patent Prosecution Agent with a nimimum of 3 - 4 years patent prosecution experience. This position will assist partners in the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice in its Costa Mesa and Palo Alto offices.
Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 3-4 years experience drafting patent applications and must be familiar with domestic and foreign requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare patent applications for filing with the USPTO. Draft IP related documents. Interact with Firm personnel, clients and foreign counsel.
