Primary responsibilities include preparing prior art searches, prosecuting patent and trademark applications, providing legal opinions regarding patent and trademark infringement, and assisting the patent litigation group as requested. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience but will consider all levels of experience;
- Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office;
