    A recent post at IPWatchdog discusses the case Big Baboon, Inc. v. Dell, Inc. – and nobody here has picked up on it! (unless I missed it). You’re slipping guys. I haven’t tried to look up the case, but maybe BBI is arguing that a Dell patent is facially invalid…?
