A melodramatic if not hyperbole title. Actually, a not unusual situation. [One that is no longer possible for newer (AIA) applications and patents.] These CRISPER filings were older, so attempted “interferences” with byzantine and costly “no interference in fact” claim and “count” issues like these were still possible. Relatively few people who thought interferences were a great system personally experienced them.
Isn’t an Empiral Walker a robot with workers in a cage on top? Sounds like easy 102/103 to me…. Or am I right, that “known” means known on Earth?
