Fliesler Meyer LLP is currently seeking Patent Attorneys and Patent Agents with technical experience in the (1) software arts, and (2) medical devices arts; excellent oral and written communication skills; and strong leadership potential. Candidates should have at least a BS or MS in either (1) EE, Computer Science or Physics, together with a solid understanding of computer architectures, networks, programming languages, Java, and other object-oriented systems; and (2) EE or Mechanical Engineering, with an understanding of human physiology and biology. Practical experience in designing, implementing and programming enterprise software applications is preferred. Candidates should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office with at least 2-years experience in software patent prosecution. Members of the California Bar preferred.
