Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice is searching for a patent agent or attorney with an electrical engineering or computer science background to join our intellectual property team. We will consider patent agents with at least 1 year of patent drafting and prosecution experience and attorneys with 1-3 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience. The candidate will work on drafting and prosecuting U.S. patents for several high profile technology companies. The preference would be to locate this attorney or patent agent in our Tysons Corner, VA office, but we will consider candidates who wish to be located in one of our other offices as well.
