Armstrong Teasdale is seeking Patent Agents and Patent Engineers to assist patent attorneys with all aspects of patent prosecution, including patentability searches, preparation, and prosecution of patent applications, clearance searches, and invalidity searches.

1. Conducts patentability searches and analyses, and assists in the identification of patentable inventions
2. Drafts patent applications with the assistance of the patent team
3. Prepares Information Disclosure Statements for submission to the US Patent and Trademark Office
4. Assists with invalidity and clearance searches
5. Assists with developing response strategies to office actions
6. Works hand-in-hand with inventors on newly created products
7. Solves client challenges and responds to client needs

We need immediate help with our expanding patent prosecution docket. 
Neustel Law Offices (
court and before the U.S. International Trade Commission, patent and trademark prosecution and post-grant practice before the USPTO, licensing of intellectual property, and related complex litigation. All of its attorneys are partners, and we’re looking to expand our ranks. While we do not have specific prerequisites, the ideal partner candidate would have at least five years of legal practice, including experience actively handling cases and overseeing the strategic decisions about those cases. While not required, a strong technical background is also helpful for patent-related litigation. An entrepreneurial spirit is also greatly welcomed and encouraged. Partners joining our ranks will have some portable work or are planning to embark on the challenging but rewarding task of building their own practice and client base. Attorneys with $250k+ of portable business are likely to keep over 80% of their collections in a full-support firm, with class A office space.
