Qualified candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO, have strong academic and prior employment credentials, and possess strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. Candidates must possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering/physics degree with an emphasis in Electrical Engineering.
