Hollingsworth Davisis seeking patent agents with at least 2 years of application preparation and prosecution experience. At our firm, patent agents team with attorneys on sophisticated patent procurement relating primarily to electrical, electromechanical, biomedical, optics/optoelectronics, and computer/software technologies for high tech companies. Qualified candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO, have strong academic and prior employment credentials, and possess strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. Candidates must possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering/physics degree with an emphasis in Electrical Engineering. Experience in drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications is also required.
