Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze IP Section practice performance and search for avenues to increase section and practice group efficiency and profitability. Perform detailed analyses of all financial reports for Section. Investigate as necessary, information contained on the reports for clarification or problem solving.
Review and analyze the monthly financial reports prepared by the Accounting Department and recommend corrective action as required. Required Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent related work experience
4-6 years of law firm management experience.
Experience with and knowledge of common legal practices primarily in IP and IP Litigation.
Demonstrated experience with managing budgets.
Previous supervisory experience and management of workflow of professional employees.
Previous leadership and management experience.
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to write, read, interpret business documents.
Strong financial analytical ability. Ability to work with advanced mathematical concepts (probability, percentages, ratios)
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
