The Agent or Attorney must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience at a firm or in-house, and the ability to draft patent applications is a must. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Admission to the USPTO is preferred. Knowledge Base & Education:

At least 2 years of in-house or law firm patent prosecution experience
