Orange County based intellectual property law firm seeks to fill two positions. One is a part time litigator. The second is a full time litigator/prosecutor.
Part-Time Litigator will be involved with infringement and TTAB matters, with an emphasis in patent infringement. Should have at least 3 years of full time discovery, motion, and deposition experience.
