1. Conducts patentability searches and analyses, and assists in the identification of patentable inventions
2. Drafts patent applications with the assistance of the patent team
3. Prepares Information Disclosure Statements for submission to the US Patent and Trademark Office
4. Assists with invalidity and clearance searches
5. Assists with developing response strategies to office actions
6. Works hand-in-hand with inventors on newly created products
7. Solves client challenges and responds to client needs
