Opportunities to assist with patent infringement analysis, patent infringement litigation and related legal research are also available. A significant amount of our patent prosecution work involves ecommerce, software, mechanical and electro-mechanical related inventions for startups and small companies. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious patent attorney that has a strong desire to learn the various aspects of the practice of patent law.
Patent Attorney/Agent – Other – Telecommute
The nation's top firearms specialty IP firm needs another patent lawyer (or agent) who ideally knows and loves gun technology, but hopefully has at least some familiarity and is enthusiastic about becoming an expert. Initially a part time contract position, this is not a short-term overflow work position, but a long term position that could be half time and my easily grow to full time in the long run if desired.
