The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates are recommended to be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted to practice and in good standing before one or more state bars. The associates will be involved in a variety of intellectual property matters, including those involving patent, trademark and copyright preparation, prosecution and counseling, licensing, opinion work and litigation support.
